Our research titled “Potentializing Haptic Feedback Mechanisms for Developing Interactive Components for Driver Seat”
was presented at the Human–Computer Interaction Conference (HCI International 2020) in Copenhagen.
The presentation highlighted our Smart Seat project’s exploration into how haptic feedback can redefine driver–vehicle communication by introducing a body-centered, tactile interface within the car seat. This work proposes an alternative to conventional audio and visual alerts, offering a more intuitive and immersive interaction system for semi-autonomous vehicles.
