AV House is a conceptual residential proposal that explores the interplay between form, light, and contemporary living patterns. Designed for an urban site in Mashhad, the project reimagines the home as a fluid spatial experience—where layered volumes, controlled openings, and natural light shape both movement and atmosphere.

The design balances openness with privacy, creating a harmonious dialogue between interior spaces and their surrounding environment. Through its sculptural geometry and thoughtful spatial organization, AV House aims to provide a tranquil, expressive, and adaptable living environment.
